Putting the Lodge to Rest

The teaching lodge at the Nibi Gathering was put to rest on Saturday, June 20, 2026.

The Collective joined elders, knowledge keepers and community members in ceremony and set intentions for the future of the Nibi Gathering.

With our hopes high, much like water, the Nibi Gathering will continue to flow.

The lodge was settled in Treaty 3 Territory, Manitoba’s Whiteshell.
