Tribunal Hearings - Cross Examination and Witness Panel 2026

The Public Utilties Board has been reviewing Manitoba Hydro’s 2025 Integrated Resource Plan. Throughout August, in person discussions are taking place to build recomendations for the Premier Wab Kinew and Cabinet’s decision this winter.

In collaboration with Wa Ni Ska Tan and First Peoples Law, we have been researching and analyzing Manitoba Hydros plan to meet the current and future needs of energy of Manitobans, and its social and environmental impacts.

On Friday, August 21st you can tune in online or attend in person and listen to Wa Ni Ska Tan's Stephane McLachlan and our very own Daniel Gladu Kanu partipate.

The day will consit of a cross examination as well as a witness panel from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
