Fall Gathering 2025
We are inviting water protectors, Indigenous peoples, and allies to the Lake Winnipeg Indigenous Collective Fall Gathering.
When: October 16-18, 2025.
Where: Brokenhead Ojibway Nation at the South Beach Casino and Resort.
This year marks a big step for us as we launch our first official Meeting of the Members. Everyone is welcome to attend and learn about collective and how to become a member.
At the gathering we will hear perspectives from Indigenous water protectors, fishers, land guardians, youth and scientists.
The challenges facing Lake Winnipeg continue to threaten our ways of life. Join us as we renew our responsibility to our sacred waters and all future generations.
Participation is free and meals on Friday and Saturday are included.
